HOW DO WE ACHIEVE QUALITY?

ISO 9001:2000 and its requirements form the base of our operations. We however consider that these requirements are not enough, and as a result the following principles apply also:

• continuous development of our product programme based on our customers' needs.

• choice of supplier taking into consideration their ability to fulfil our quality requirements.

• choice of methods and channels which in distribution and marketing strengthen our position as a supplier of high quality products.

• the quality of our services should be the result of continuous competence development in order to provide dedicated and knowledgeable co-workers.

• a documented description of the organisation with clear responsibilities and authorisation delineation within the organisation enhances our abilities of reaching our quality goals.
